In short: we do not sell data or build advertising profiles. Anonymous site statistics run only according to your explicit choice.

Analytics

PostHog EU has three explicit modes. Pending your choice, nothing is loaded, sent, or persisted. If accepted, PostHog receives an anonymous identity, one pageview, pageleave, and only EVENT_REGISTRY_V2 product actions with closed properties. If rejected, each route sends exactly one cookieless pageview; PostHog uses a daily rotating privacy-preserving server hash, while custom events, pageleave, and persistent identity stay off. Query strings and fragments are removed from URLs; raw IP/user-agent values, form fields, contacts, and conversation text are never event properties.

Waiting list

If you leave an email address, we keep it to send one launch notification. We delete it upon your request.

Contact form

We use your name, email address and message only to reply to your request. We do not add them to analytics or logs, and delete them after 90 days.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months. Contact requests are kept for up to 90 days. Waiting-list emails are kept until launch and for 3 months afterwards.
